Denton's Midlake is making a ruckus in the blogosphere lately with their fantastic song "Roscoe." I don't really know much about the band, except that their first CD came out a couple years ago, and now the band is ready to make a bigger splash with Trials of Van Occupanther, their new album that should be out this summer, maybe around July. It seems like a long time to wait after hearing this amazing song, but I think it will probably be very well worth the wait.
And in case you've been living under a rock or just didn't care to listen, listen now.
