In the Morning

I really liked Junior Boys' 2004 album Last Exit. With tracks like "Birthday" and "Bellona," their pop beats were jammed with hooks, but the rest of the album failed to draw me in, leaving me wanting more.
That something more has been satiated with their new album So This is Goodbye, their first on the excellent Domino. From start to end, the fun never stops. Mellow vocals, handclaps, beeps and thuds keep it all tight. Just check out the first single from the album:

Junior Boys-In the Morning

Buy the "In the Morning" b/w "The Equalizer" 12" with remixes by Morgan Geist and Alex Smoke.

Those in the UK will get the chance to see them supporting Hot Chip across the country. Lucky punks...
